About the role
The main focus of this function is on verification and integration testing of designs and prototypes. Yet, as Hardware Engineer you are involved in the entire hardware development process, from drawing up requirements up to maintenance of the product in series production. You are owner of your design during the entire development cycle. When needed you provide support to others working on integrating your electronics into their products. Your responsibilities will include design, development and testing of electronics, documenting solutions and recognizing possible process and product improvements and actively implementing those.

The department HC-CS/XCT XCT (Home Comfort / Combustion Systems / Engineering Controls) is responsible for the development of control units for heating appliances. Within the department several SAFe trains have been set up consisting of multidisciplinary scrum teams, responsible for Hardware (mechanical and electrical) and Software (control application and embedded) development.
You have
- You have an academic degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience as hardware engineer;
- You enjoy working in an internationally distributed development team (e.g. PT, NL, DE, IN) and want to make a difference;
- You have experience in analog or mixed signal hardware design, power electronics and display technologies
- You speak English and preferably Dutch.
